まずは適切な倫理観を持っている者でなければならない。
そして、

ボスとリーダーの違い

The boss drives people; the leader coaches them.
ボスは部下を追い立てるが、リーダーは人を導く。
The boss depends upon authority; the leader on goodwill.
ボスは権威に頼るが、リーダーは志・善意に頼る。
The boss says “I”; the leader says “WE”.
ボスは“私”と言うが、リーダーは“我々”と言う。
The boss says “Come on time”; the leader comes by the time.
ボスは時間通りに来いと言うが、リーダーは時間前にやって来る。
The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader fixes the breakdown.
ボスは失敗の責任を負わせるが、リーダーは黙って失敗を処理する。
The boss knows how it is done; the leader shows how.
ボスはやり方を胸に秘めるが、リーダーはやり方を教える。
The boss says, “Go”; the leader says “Let’s go!”
ボスは“やれ”と言うが、リーダーは“やろう”と言う。
